Overview
Interested in pelvic health? There’s a place to grow here!
You may be a new graduate exploring your clinical interests, an orthopedic PT ready to develop a specialty, or an experienced pelvic health therapist looking for a collaborative team.
At Mobility Fit in Centerville, we’d love to hear what’s next for you.
You don’t need pelvic health experience to get started. We provide a mentorship program, strong clinical support, and a path to certification to help you build confidence and skills.
You’ll work with an active patient population, helping people return to running, lifting, exercise, and everyday activities through care that connects pelvic health with whole-body strength and movement.
Support that makes a difference in your day
- Learn with guidance. Mentorship, clinical collaboration, and education support help you develop your pelvic health skills and work toward certification.
- Build your caseload gradually. Onboarding includes shadowing and a progression tailored to your experience, so you have time to learn the clinic and its approach.
- Spend less effort on documentation. AI-assisted documentation significantly reduces the note-writing burden, supported by protected documentation time during the workday.
- Bring your ideas to patient care. Use your clinical judgment, ask questions, and collaborate with colleagues across pelvic health, orthopedics, and sports rehabilitation.
- Keep patients’ goals at the center. Combine appropriate pelvic floor treatment with breathing, progressive exercise, and practical plans for returning to activity.
Compensation and benefits
- $85,000–$105,000 annual compensation range, including the profit-sharing plan.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- 401(k) and paid time off.
- Continuing education and professional development support.
Responsibilities
The work you’ll do
Provide evaluations, individualized treatment, and education for patients with pelvic health and related orthopedic concerns. These may include pelvic pain, bladder and bowel dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and challenges returning to exercise.
You’ll track progress and coordinate care with colleagues, with clinical responsibilities aligned to your training and demonstrated skills.
Qualifications
What you bring
- A degree in physical therapy and an active Ohio PT license before starting.
- An interest in pelvic health, whether you’re exploring the specialty or already practicing.
- Thoughtful communication, empathy, and an eagerness to learn alongside others.
New graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous pelvic health experience or certification is not required.
