Overview

Help patients return to what they love, with support for your own growth.

A runner returning to training. A postpartum parent feeling confident lifting again. Someone with pelvic pain getting back to everyday life.

At Mobility Fit in West Chester, those goals guide our approach. We bring pelvic health, orthopedic care, and progressive strengthening together to help active people feel capable again.

Whether you already practice pelvic health or want to get started, we offer a path to certification through mentorship, education, and strong clinical support.

What you’ll find here

  • A supported path into pelvic health. Build your skills through mentorship and training, with guidance as you work toward certification. Experienced therapists can deepen their expertise and share ideas with colleagues.
  • Less documentation burden. AI-assisted documentation helps significantly reduce the work of writing notes, while protected documentation blocks give that work a place in your schedule.
  • Clinical autonomy with collaboration. Lead your patients’ plans of care and work alongside clinicians with orthopedic, sports, and pelvic health expertise.
  • An active approach to treatment. Connect pelvic floor care with breathing, strength, movement, and return-to-activity goals.
  • Time to settle in. Shadow colleagues and build your caseload gradually through onboarding tailored to your experience.

Compensation and benefits

  • $85,000–$105,000 annual compensation range, including the profit-sharing plan.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) and paid time off.
  • Continuing education and professional development support.

Responsibilities

Your role

Evaluate and treat pelvic health and related orthopedic conditions, including pelvic pain, bladder and bowel dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, and return-to-exercise needs.

You’ll develop individualized treatment plans, educate patients, track progress, and collaborate with colleagues. Your responsibilities will grow with your training and demonstrated skills.

Qualifications

What you bring

  • A degree in physical therapy and an active Ohio PT license before starting.
  • An interest in pelvic health and movement-based rehabilitation.
  • Empathy, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and collaborate.

Previous pelvic health experience or certification is not required. We welcome new graduates, PTs transitioning from other specialties, and experienced pelvic health clinicians.

Our Treat, Prevent, Conquer approach connects symptom relief with strength, resilience, and meaningful activity. If that sounds like the way you want to practice, we’d love to meet you.
