A DAY IN THE LIFE
A typical day as a Catering Sales Manager for Mo' Bettahs begins with creating local connections in the restaurants and the surrounding community. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing catering orders for future dates and calling customers back to ensure satisfaction. It is important to be proactive and find ways, both in and outside of the restaurants in your district, to gain new catering business. One way this is achieved is by reaching out and building relationships with local businesses.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Serve as the first point of contact for all catering inquiriesfortherestaurants in your district.
Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and online submissions toassistguests with catering orders.
Provide detailed information about our catering menu, pricing, and service options while embodying theAlohaspirit.
Answer customer questions, make recommendations, and upsell catering packages whenappropriate.
Process and confirm all catering orders with accuracy, ensuring all necessary details (guest count, dietary needs, delivery/pickup times, etc.) are recorded correctly.
Coordinate orderand deliveryfulfillment withat yourMo’Bettahslocation
Communicate effectively withyour generalmanagerand the teamto ensuretimelypreparation and delivery.
Proactively follow up with customers to confirm details, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain a catering order log and track key performance indicators such as order volume, customer feedback, and repeat business.
Work closely witheachrestaurantsleadership tooptimizethe catering process.
Identifyopportunities to improve efficiency and guest experience.
Assistin resolving any issues related to catering orders, ensuring a positive outcome for the customer.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
At least 18years old
Mustbe authorized towork in the US
Must have a valid driver's license
Restaurant experience preferred
Available to work Monday-Sunday
Basic experience with computers,i.e.Microsoft Suite, email, iPad
Ability to travel 50% of the time
WORKING CONDITIONS
Position requires qualified individuals to see,hearand speak (verbally and audibly). Required toascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time,lift upto 30 pounds, bend, stoop and kneel. May berequiredto work outside in various weather conditions. May berequiredto work on a computer for extended periods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Mustdiscloseprescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect the ability to perform the job's essential functions. Natural and regular stressors occur on the job.
