Job Description:
Supervise daily reservations operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and service excellence across all booking channels.
Lead, coach, and support the Reservations team to achieve conversion, upselling, and revenue targets.
Ensure accurate management of inventory, rates, and restrictions in the PMS and distribution systems.
Monitor reservation quality, response times, and service standards to reflect the luxury positioning of NH Collection.
Supervise the processing of all room reservations (individual, groups) accurately and efficiently.
Ensure that reservations entered yesterday correctly in the system with proper details and special requests.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Handle complex bookings, VIP reservations, group allocations, and special guest requirements.
Coordinate closely with Revenue Management to support yield strategies and inventory optimization.
Work with Front Office, Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless arrival logistics, villa allocation, and guest experience delivery.
Ensure clear communication regarding transfers, meal plans, special requests, and pre-arrival arrangements.
Maintain accurate guest profiles, booking data, and internal documentation.
