The People & Culture Executive supports the People & Culture department in delivering effective HR services that build a positive, engaged and high-performing workplace at a five-star hotel. Key responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems, and supporting payroll, time attendance, leave and benefits administration. The People & Culture Executive helps coordinate training and development programmes, performance reviews, and employee engagement and recognition activities. The role also covers compliance with Thai labour law and company policies, handling employee enquiries and relations issues professionally and confidentially, and preparing HR reports. It requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, good English, and close collaboration with department heads and the People & Culture Manager to support the hotel’s culture and service standards.
