Key responsibility area (Roles and Responsibilities)

This position is responsible for managing following functions for A. Menarini India Pvt Ltd (MIPL)

o   Support in financial, business & profitability analysis and thereby supporting strategic business decisions in terms of profitability enhancements & cost optimization. Supervision of General accounting function to make sure timely and accurate accounting.

o   Support in submission of annual as well as half yearly budgets, forecasts & Long-Range Plans (LRPs) to the region in coordination with local teams

o   Support in monthly reporting pertaining to Sales, P&L, Local Directors Reports, Forecast reports, cost center reports & other performance summaries to region

o   Support cross functional teams for calculation of impact of cost increase

Key Performance Indicators area

• Accuracy & Timeliness: On-time, error-free submission of Annual Budgets, LRPs, Monthly Regional Reporting, Local Directors Reports and financial submissions.
• Stakeholder Alignment: High alignment and collaborative efficiency with local cross-functional teams and leadership team.
• Process Improvement: Implementation of automation or workflow enhancements that reduce report generation time and improve analytics quality.

Requirements and Requisites :

• Experience and Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with PQE 1 to 4 years of experience with in Financial Analyst profile.

·       Ability to collaborate with all cross function team - Sales, Marketing, supply chain and others.

·       Result and performance driven.

·       Leadership Skills

2.    Competencies and soft skills

·       AI & Modern Analytics Integration: Proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, or other finance AI assistants’ tools) to automate routine reporting, perform fast variance analysis, streamline data extraction, and build predictive models.

·       Excellent Computer skills like Advanced excels, Executive Presentation, PowerBI.

·       Commercial & Business Acumen

·       Understanding and effectively managing stakeholder
