Maximus is hiring a Business Analyst to join our NY Shared Services team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems, improving processes, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver effective system solutions.
In this role, you'll support multiple New York programs, including New York Medicaid Choice, by working closely with operations and technology teams to gather requirements, support system enhancements, and help drive process improvements. You'll play a key role in a Salesforce-focused environment, helping translate business needs into solutions that improve operations and support program goals.
What You'll Do- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, workflows, and process documentation.
- Partner with operations, technical teams, and project stakeholders to support system enhancements and process improvements.
- Support Salesforce and other enterprise applications through requirements gathering, testing, and solution validation.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and release readiness activities.
- Investigate system issues and support production problem resolution.
- Create and maintain business requirements, process flows, and other project documentation.
