About Marvell

Marvell’s semiconductor solutions are the essential building blocks of the data infrastructure that connects our world. Across enterprise, cloud and AI, and carrier architectures, our innovative technology is enabling new possibilities.

At Marvell, you can affect the arc of individual lives, lift the trajectory of entire industries, and fuel the transformative potential of tomorrow. For those looking to make their mark on purposeful and enduring innovation, above and beyond fleeting trends, Marvell is a place to thrive, learn, and lead.

Your Team, Your Impact

Marvell is seeking an accomplished leader to take on the position of Director of Enterprise Resilience and own the vision for how Marvell prepares for, withstands, and recovers from business-disrupting events. As a critical supplier to the world’s leading cloud and AI infrastructure customers, Marvell’s ability to keep operating through diverse disruptions, including cyber events, geopolitical shocks, supply chain failures, and natural disasters, is central to the commitments we make to our customers, our people, and our shareholders.
The Enterprise Resilience Program is always working to keep pace with our business and ensure a resilient Marvell. The next chapter in this journey is yours to define as we work to establish and maintain business criticality ratings, understand business impact, develop continuity strategies and recovery procedures, and put enterprise resilience data to work informing decisions across the company.
Resilience at Marvell is owned by the business, so success in this position depends on executive presence and the ability to drive decisive action through influence rather than direct authority. As the accountable leader of the Program, you will be a primary integration point between business units, IT, cybersecurity, facilities, supply chain, legal, finance, and other stakeholders. You will help shape the evolution of Risk & Resilience toward an integrated enterprise capability.

What You Can Expect

Strategic Leadership, Communication, and Executive Presence

  • Define and articulate Marvell’s enterprise resilience vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap in partnership with organizational leadership.
  • Translate Program activity into clear insight on Marvell’s resilience posture and exposure for the CSO leadership, the enterprise Resilience Steering Committee, executives, and the Board.
  • Establish trusted relationships with senior leaders across business units, IT, cybersecurity, engineering, operations, supply chain, HR, legal, and finance.

Program Governance, Maturity, and Team Leadership

  • Own the Program governance, keeping them aligned to ISO 22301, NIST, as well as contractual and regulatory obligations.
  • Drive Program maturity against a measurable model, own internal audit and independent assurance results, and lead a run-and-optimize operating model.
  • Lead, develop, and retain a global team spanning business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis and emergency management, Program operations, and manage budget and third-party partners.

Continuity, Recovery, and Risk Readiness

  • Lead Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Resilience Risk Management across technology, locations, networks, and business processes, including business impact analysis, criticality tiering, and recovery objectives.
  • Ensure plans are published, recertified, independently reviewed, and tested, prioritizing the most critical assets first and driving coverage across all tiers.
  • Design and lead drills, recovery tests, and enterprise-scale tabletop exercises that stress-test decision-making under severe disruption, and convert lessons learned into tracked improvements.

Resilience Intelligence, Data, and Platform

  • Own the operations and growth of the Enterprise Resilience Platform.
  • Establish and maintain resilience data as an enterprise reference dataset that operations, facilities, and strategy teams can use.
  • Define the Program’s contribution to early warning and risk monitoring, and support the technical direction and evolution of the Enterprise Fusion Center.

Cross-Functional Partnership and Business Ownership

  • Partner with business unit leaders, BISOs, and process and asset owners to embed resilience into change management, project lifecycle, M&A integration, supplier management, and the cultural fabric of Marvell.
  • Work with supply chain, procurement, and third-party risk teams to understand and plan for supplier and fourth-party dependencies.
  • Integrate the Program with enterprise risk management, incident response, and security architecture, acting as a connector to resolve issues that span multiple functions.

Key Metrics and Success Measures

  • Executive and stakeholder confidence in resilience reporting and decision support.
  • Coverage and quality of continuity and recovery plans: published, reviewed, and recertified on schedule across all asset tiers.
  • Validated readiness: plan testing and enterprise exercise completion, with timely closure of post-exercise actions.
  • Program maturity and alignment to ISO 22301, with clean audit and assurance results.
  • Platform adoption, automated recertification, and enterprise availability of resilience data.
  • Sustained business unit accountability for plan ownership and maintenance.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree; will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis management, enterprise risk management, or cybersecurity, including leadership of an enterprise-scale program.
  • 5+ years in senior leadership roles requiring influence and collaboration across multiple business units or organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex risk and readiness topics clearly to executive, technical, and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong experience in business impact analysis, criticality-based planning, plan testing, and exercise design, and in supporting response to significant business disruptions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in semiconductor, hardware, advanced manufacturing, cloud, or other complex global supply chain and operating environments.
  • Experience implementing business continuity, GRC, or resilience platforms and integrating program data with enterprise data platforms/warehouses.
  • Familiarity with ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34, NIST CSF, ISO 31000, COSO ERM, and quantitative risk approaches such as FAIR.
  • CBCP, MBCI, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, EDRP, or equivalent certifications.
  • Proven success operating in highly matrixed, cross-functional organizations, including post-acquisition integration.

This role is eligible to participate in Marvell's bonus and equity plans, including a new hire equity grant and annual equity refreshers, ensuring you are rewarded for your contributions and remain invested in the company's long-term success.
