You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."
You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.
At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.
You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.
THE WORK:
- You'll facilitate and manage change requests from inception to approval, including documentation and communication with all relevant parties.
- You'll collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to assess and implement changes efficiently.
- You'll ensure all changes adhere to the company’s change policies, contractual obligations, and relevant regulations. You'll assist in developing and maintaining change management processes and guidelines.
- You'll provide training and support to team members regarding change management procedures.
- You'll participate in project meetings to provide updates on change requests and their statuses.
- You'll resolve any disputes related to changes in a collaborative and effective manner.
- You'll prepare & facilitate change board meetings with executive leadership, management, and project managers.
- You'll prepare month end reporting for change.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Business, or a related field is the standard baseline. Some roles will accept equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years of experience in project controls, change management, or risk management on construction projects.
- Must have pharmaceutical or life sciences project experience in addition to experience evaluating change orders and implementing risk processes on major capital projects.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Facilitated and managed risks from inception as proposal through risk life cycle
- Collaborated with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to assess probability, severity, and document relevant mitigation actions.
- Assisted in developing and maintaining risk management processes and guidelines.
- Provided training and support to team members regarding risk management procedures.
- Facilitated risk review meetings to solicit updates on risks and related mitigations.
- Resolved any disputes related to risks in a collaborative and effective manner.
- Prepared month end reporting for risks.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
- The biggest builds going. Hyperscale data centers, grid and generation, transit and rail, chip fabs, mines, water. If it's complex and it matters, it's on our list.
- You own the outcome. Not a workstream. Not a deliverable. Whether the program lands.
- AI that shows up on site. Program control that predicts instead of records. You'll use it, and you'll help shape it.
- Scale without the distance. More than 5,000 practitioners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, on a team small enough that people know your name.
- Serious investment in you. Leadership development, technical upskilling and certification support.
- Work that outlasts you. People will use what you build for forty years without knowing your name. That's the point.
- Recognition that means something in this industry. Accenture Construct is ranked #6 globally in ENR's 2026 Top 50 Program Management Firms and #4 in Building Design + Construction's Top 80 Construction Management Firms for 2026.
