You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."
You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.
At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.
You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.
THE WORK:
- You'll assist in implementing stakeholder engagement and communications plans for ATMP Roadways and Enabling Projects.
- You'll track and respond to public inquiries, comments, complaints, and information requests, escalating issues when necessary.
- You'll prepare and distribute traffic advisories, construction notices, project updates, community notifications, and stakeholder correspondence.
- You'll maintain stakeholder contact databases, distribution lists, communication records, outreach logs, and engagement databases.
- You'll develop presentations, fact sheets, FAQs, meeting notices, stakeholder updates, and other informational materials.
- You'll coordinate logistics for public outreach events, open houses, workshops, community meetings, stakeholder briefings, and media events.
- You'll support website updates, document uploads, social media content preparation, scheduling, graphics coordination, and monitoring.
- You'll coordinate meeting schedules, agendas, sign-in sheets, meeting summaries, and the distribution of project information to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- You'll support contractors and consultants in following approved communication protocols and assist with field outreach at project sites and community events.
- You'll monitor project activities and community concerns, prepare outreach reports and communication metrics, and provide updates to the Public Information Specialist II.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. May be required to work evenings, weekends, or extended hours to support outreach events and project milestones
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
-
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Public Administration, Planning, Political Science, or a related field
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Relevant certifications in communications, public engagement, marketing, or project management are desirable
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
- The biggest builds going. Hyperscale data centers, grid and generation, transit and rail, chip fabs, mines, water. If it's complex and it matters, it's on our list.
- You own the outcome. Not a workstream. Not a deliverable. Whether the program lands.
- AI that shows up on site. Program control that predicts instead of records. You'll use it, and you'll help shape it.
- Scale without the distance. More than 5,000 practitioners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, on a team small enough that people know your name.
- Serious investment in you. Leadership development, technical upskilling and certification support.
- Work that outlasts you. People will use what you build for forty years without knowing your name. That's the point.
- Recognition that means something in this industry. Accenture Construct is ranked #6 globally in ENR's 2026 Top 50 Program Management Firms and #4 in Building Design + Construction's Top 80 Construction Management Firms for 2026.
