BMW Technician

Pay: Earning range of $32-$45 flat rate

Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. To be successful in this role, you will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak business periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings.

This position is located onsite in Spokane WA and reports to the Service Manager.

Department Hours: Monday-Saturday 8:30 am to 7 pm and Sunday 10 am to 5 pm.

What You'll Do

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on BMW vehicles
• Maintain high service standards to meet BMW certification and performance benchmarks.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Conduct routine maintenance services and comprehensive vehicle inspections.
• Stay current with manufacturer updates, technical bulletins, and service protocols.
• Communicate directly with service advisors and customers, providing clear repair estimates and status updates.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and clean workspace

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of professional automotive technician experience required
• Previous dealership experience strongly preferred
• BMW or European-brand experience is ideal
• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic abilities
• Ability to perform maintenance and automotive repairs efficiently and accurately
• Comfortable working with vehicle diagnostic technology and learning new systems
• ASE or manufacturer certifications are ideal
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements

Total Rewards

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation. The earning range in this role is $32 to $45 flat rate. This is a production-driven role.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
