Pay: $25-40 per flat rate hour based on experience, PLUS performance-based incentives and productivity bonuses

Schedule: Full time, Saturday availability required

Department Hours: Monday through Friday, 7-6; Saturday 7-1

What You’ll Do:

• Inspect vehicles to identify and perform intermediate vehicle repairs and maintenance, such as brake, suspension, and steering repairs
• Complete work accurately according to dealership and safety standards in collaboration with Service Advisors
• Road-test vehicles as needed to confirm service quality
• Document completed services and recommendations clearly
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly care for tools and equipment
• Support the service team with additional maintenance tasks as needed

What You’ll Bring: 

• 2-5 years of experience as a Class B and/or C technician in a dealership or private shop
• Up-to-date ASE and manufacturer certifications
• Experience using scan tools and service information systems
• Proficient in engine maintenance and basic electrical diagnostics
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

The flat rate range for this position is $25.00 to $40.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
