What You'll Do

• Assist customers in finding the right vehicle from our new and used inventory.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, trim levels, technology, and benefits.
• Present financing, protection products, and service options.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up on customer inquiries through phone, text, email, and in-person interactions.
• Use our modern sales tools and technology like our CRM to track sale activities and opportunities.
• Stay current on Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram products and pre-owned inventory.
• You'll report to the Sales Managers and receive coaching to achieve your sales goals.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years of experience in automotive sales
• 1+ years of experience in customer service
• Previous experience with Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram brands
• Collaboration with customers in person, over the phone and other digital communication channels
• Working knowledge of computer systems and office software
• The ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The annual estimated earning range for this position is $48,200 - $158,700 .

This position is also eligible for commissions on (“Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”) and/or bonus opportunities ("Individual Units Sold and/or Manufacturer Approvability").

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
