As a Sales Representative, you'll guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process while delivering an exceptional experience that builds long-term relationships and repeat business.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner.
• Provide professional vehicle and product presentations to customers.
• Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstration drives.
• Continuously prospect and develop new business opportunities.
• Gather customer contact and interest information and accurately enter data into the CRM system.
• Utilize the Salesperson Daily Work Plan to follow up with prospective customers and maintain relationships with current customers.
• Schedule and confirm customer appointments daily.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process, ensuring a professional and non-confrontational experience.
• Maintain current knowledge of product information, pricing, incentives, and manufacturer programs.
• Attend and actively participate in daily sales meetings and ongoing training sessions.
• Practice and refine customer service, communication, product knowledge, and phone skills daily.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the showroom and vehicle inventory.
• Deliver sold vehicles following established delivery procedures to ensure an outstanding ownership experience.
• Introduce customers to the Service Department through the Sales-to-Service process after delivery.
• Obtain all applicable licensing required by state law and company policy.
• Support the onboarding and development of newly assigned sales team members through coaching, role-play exercises, product demonstrations, and product knowledge training.
• Assist new sales representatives with daily customer follow-up activities, appointment setting, and CRM utilization.
• Communicate regularly with designated program coordinators and participate in mentoring or development programs as required.
• Help trainees achieve performance expectations and become successful contributors to the sales team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, or automotive experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain any applicable state licensing requirements.
