Rental Agent

Pay: $20/hour

Schedule: Open availability and Saturdays Required

We're looking for a customer-focused, organized Rental Agent to support our Service department and help keep our loaner vehicle operation running smoothly. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying active throughout the day, and keeping vehicles and processes organized.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate the check-out and return of service loaner vehicles
• Assist customers with loaner vehicle paperwork and provide professional experience
• Track vehicle availability, keys, mileage, fuel levels, and vehicle condition
• Inspect loaner vehicles at check-out and return
• Help ensure loaner vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for the next customer
• Move and stage vehicles around the dealership as needed
• Maintain an organized loaner vehicle area
• Assist with general porter and Service department vehicle needs
• Communicate with Service Advisors and the Service Manager regarding vehicle availability and customer needs
• Report vehicle damage or concerns promptly
• Follow dealership procedures for the safe handling and operation of vehicles

What You'll Bring

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Automotive dealership, rental car, hospitality, or similar experience
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate customer and dealership vehicles
