Pay: Guarantee + Commission based (41,092.00-$120,000)

What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor you'll serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for our customers throughout their ownership journey. As the primary connection between our clients and service team, you'll help deliver the premium experience BMW drivers expect while building lasting relationships founded on trust, transparency, and exceptional service.

• Welcome customers and accurately assess their vehicle maintenance and repair needs
• Provide professional recommendations while clearly explaining services, repairs, timelines, and costs
• Coordinate with BMW-certified technicians to ensure efficient and accurate vehicle repairs
• Create detailed repair orders and maintain accurate service documentation
• Communicate proactively throughout the service process, keeping customers informed every step of the way
• Review warranty coverage, maintenance plans, and available service options
• Deliver a seamless experience from vehicle check-in through delivery
• Build long-term customer loyalty through exceptional service, follow-up, and relationship management
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and service department performance
• Stay current on BMW products, technology, maintenance requirements, and manufacturer programs

What You Bring

• 1+ years of Service Advisor experience, luxury or dealership experience
• Strong automotive knowledge with the ability to translate technical information into a premium customer experience
• Passion for delivering an exceptional ownership experience from vehicle check-in through delivery
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Total Rewards

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes $41,092.00-$120,000

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
