The Customer Service Representative position acts as the primary point of contact between a company and its customers. The main job is to answer questions, resolve complaints, and handle transactions to ensure customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Answering Inquiries: Respond to customer questions via phone calls, emails, live chat, text messages, or social media.
- Resolving Complaints: Listen to customer issues, show empathy, and offer solutions such as refunds, exchanges.
- Processing Transactions: Take orders, process billing or payments, and handle returns or cancellations.
- Escalating Issues: Transfer complex, high-level, or unresolved problems to a supervisor or specialized department.

L.A. Hydro-Jet and Rooter Service determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay range for this position is $21-$23/hr. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
