岗位职责
1. 运用有限元仿真方法开展高速互连器件分析，为高速连接器、线缆及模块等产品提供信号完整性解决方案。
2. 理解连接器相关行业标准，并依据行业标准及客户需求设计测试夹具。
3. 使用相关测试仪器完成产品性能测试、结果分析及问题定位。
4. 为客户及公司内部相关团队提供信号完整性方面的技术支持。
5. 编制并完善信号完整性相关技术文档，包括仿真报告、测试报告及客户应用指南等。
6. 协助完成其他与信号完整性相关的工作。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，专业不限。
2. 须修读过《电磁场与电磁波》课程；面试或录用环节需提供成绩单，课程成绩不作具体限制。
3. 具备良好的英语基础，能够适应英文工作环境；不要求提供特定英语等级证书。
