Job Description
The Servers @ Woodland Terrace enhances the quality of life for residents by delivering exceptional dining experiences and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our community. This role combines a passion for hospitality with outstanding customer service to ensure residents and guests enjoy memorable, personalized service at every meal.
Schedule Options:
- AM Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Must be available to work every other weekend, every other Wednesday, and alternating Tuesdays.
- PM Shift: 3:00 PM - 7:30 PM.
Pay: $17.00/hour (no tips)
Perks & Benefits: Paid Vacation, 401(k), and a free meal during each shift.
What will I do every day?
- Perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner
- Greet and escort residents in all dining venues and assist as needed
- Demonstrate knowledge of daily menu and be able to assist residents with their requests
- Maintain clean dining venues and ensure proper table settings
- Perform other related duties as required
What will I need to be successful in this role?
- A passion for excellence

- High school graduate preferred
- 6 months to 1 year of dining experience
