- Bachelor's degree in Psychology
- At least 1- 3 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end talent acquisition processes, Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), online job portals
and MS Office applications.

agencies or vendors is preferred. - Training or certification in talent acquisition or HR management is an
advantage. - Familiarity with social media platforms and digital recruitment strategies.
- Basic photo and video editing skills using Canva or other editing applications is an advantage
