Job Description

Permanent Full-Time | Up to $43/hr + Super | $1,250 First-Year Retention Bonus

Ready for your next step in education and care leadership?

We're looking for a passionate and capable Outside School Hours Care Coordinator to lead our OSHClub service in Southern River.

Whether you're an experienced OSHC Coordinator, Assistant Coordinator or a qualified educator with strong leadership experience, we'd love to hear from you!

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team, build meaningful connections with children and families, and make a real difference in your local school community, with support from your Regional Manager along the way.

A little about the role

As our OSHC Coordinator, you'll lead the day-to-day running of our before and after school care programs, creating a safe, welcoming and engaging environment for children aged 5–12.

You'll have the opportunity to bring your own ideas and creativity into the program, support and mentor Educators, and build a positive team culture where everyone feels valued.

You'll also work closely with families and the school community to deliver high-quality care and experiences that children look forward to each day.

And you won't be doing it alone! You'll have access to ongoing guidance from your Regional Manager, a dedicated support team and training to help you feel confident in your role.

Your hours

This is a permanent full-time position offering 38 hours per week, including 5 hours of paid non-contact administration time.

You'll work Monday to Friday across our before and after school care programs:

  • Rise then Shine: 6:30am – 9:00am
  • Stay and Play: 2:00pm – 6:15pm

Your dedicated administration time will give you the opportunity to focus on planning, team leadership and the day-to-day coordination of your service.

Why join our team?

  • Competitive Pay: Earn up to $43 per hour + super, depending on your experience and qualifications.
  • $1,250 Loyalty Bonus: Enjoy retention bonuses throughout your first year with us.
  • Full-Time Stability: Enjoy the security of permanent full-time employment, including 5 hours of paid non-contact administration time each week.
  • Work-Life Balance: Our split shifts give you the middle of the day to yourself, whether that's for family, study or personal time.
  • Supportive Leadership: You'll have regular guidance, coaching and practical support from your Regional Manager, so you're never leading alone.
  • Career Growth: Access paid training, professional development and opportunities to progress within JAG.
  • Family-Friendly Benefits: Enjoy 10 weeks of paid parental leave and up to 50% off childcare fees.
  • Wellbeing & Lifestyle Perks: Save on gym memberships, health insurance and everyday shopping.
  • Referral Rewards: Earn up to $750 cash for each successful employee referral.
