This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Sales Enablement Consultant based in the United States.

This is a strategic sales enablement role focused on improving seller effectiveness, productivity, technology adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
You will partner closely with sales leaders and go-to-market stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into practical enablement solutions.
The role combines performance consulting, learning design, content development, change enablement, analytics, and project leadership.
You will create programs, playbooks, digital learning resources, and performance tools that help sellers and managers execute more effectively.
The position also provides an opportunity to leverage AI, automation, analytics, CRM platforms, and emerging technologies to scale enablement impact.
You will collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and other teams in a fast-moving and evolving environment.
This remote-first opportunity is designed for an experienced enablement professional who can influence stakeholders, manage ambiguity, and turn business needs into measurable improvements.

Accountabilities:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to sales leadership, developing a strong understanding of business priorities, sales objectives, field challenges, and seller performance needs.

  • Consult with leaders and sellers to identify capability, process, knowledge, adoption, and execution gaps and determine root causes.

  • Design, develop, facilitate, and implement sales enablement programs aligned with business priorities and measurable outcomes.

  • Create and maintain learning content, sales tools, communications, playbooks, videos, and other performance-support resources.

  • Support product launches, messaging changes, sales initiatives, process updates, technology adoption, and organizational change programs.

  • Partner with frontline managers to reinforce learning, coaching, adoption, and continuous professional development.

  • Use sales enablement platforms, CRM systems, analytics, automation, AI, and productivity technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and business impact.

  • Develop and manage content through sales enablement platforms such as Showpad, Seismic, SalesHood, Mindtickle, Brainshark, or comparable technologies.

  • Measure enablement effectiveness through feedback, performance data, and business insights, using findings to continuously improve programs and resources.

  • Lead multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously, coordinating with Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Contribute to the evolution of sales enablement practices, tools, processes, frameworks, and capabilities.

  • Identify practical applications for emerging technologies that can improve knowledge access, content creation, workflows, seller productivity, and organizational performance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, learning and development, sales, marketing, performance consulting, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated experience partnering directly with sales leaders and business stakeholders to identify performance needs and develop targeted solutions.

  • Strong consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to diagnose business challenges, identify root causes, and recommend appropriate interventions.

  • Experience designing and delivering enablement programs, learning experiences, digital content, or performance-support solutions.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional partners without direct authority.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and take initiatives from initial concept through execution and measurement.

  • Demonstrated experience using technology to improve business processes, productivity, user experience, or organizational performance.

  • Experience with AI-enabled tools, automation, analytics platforms, or digital productivity solutions to improve efficiency, content creation, knowledge sharing, workflows, or business outcomes.

  • Experience with sales enablement platforms such as Showpad, Seismic, SalesHood, Mindtickle, Brainshark, or similar technologies.

  • Experience creating digital learning materials, sales content, and video-based enablement resources.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and related productivity tools.

  • Familiarity with CRM, sales productivity, analytics, and related technologies such as Salesforce.

  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and identify practical applications for business and enablement challenges.

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, clinical, health technology, or a related industry is preferred.

  • Experience supporting complex consultative B2B sales organizations is preferred.

  • Familiarity with sales methodologies, manager enablement and coaching, performance consulting, change management, or organizational effectiveness is advantageous.

  • Experience building new programs, frameworks, processes, or approaches within an evolving organization is preferred.
