The position combines people leadership, client management, campaign strategy, and governance across paid media channels.
You will oversee teams and portfolios while ensuring campaigns meet quality standards, budgets, pacing targets, and SLAs.
The role provides exposure to Programmatic, Search, Social, Retail, and other digital media platforms and technologies.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary global teams to solve complex challenges and develop integrated solutions.

Accountabilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop Media Operations professionals, supporting their career progression, performance, and skills development.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and senior stakeholders, serving as a key point of contact for strategic and operational matters.
- Guide the architecture and execution of media campaigns across Programmatic, Search, Social, Retail, and other relevant paid media channels.
- Manage priorities, resources, timelines, and deliverables across a diverse portfolio while ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to SLAs.
- Oversee media activation quality, including quality controls, budgets, pacing, segmentation, targeting, and other critical execution areas.
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex media and platform challenges, identifying root causes and defining effective solutions.
- Identify and lead opportunities for service expansion, upselling, new projects, and pitches that support client and business growth.
- Collaborate with Strategy, Investment, Analytics, AdTech, Solutions Engineering, Growth, and other specialist teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Media Operations, sharing knowledge, best practices, and strategic insights across teams and initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong professional experience in digital media activation, management, and strategy across channels such as Programmatic, Search, Social, Retail, or similar.
- Advanced expertise in at least one paid media platform, with intermediate knowledge of other relevant platforms.
- Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and senior stakeholders in a consultative capacity.
- Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously and overseeing diverse business portfolios.
- Strong strategic and commercial understanding, with the ability to connect media decisions to broader business objectives and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to structure complex challenges, analyze data, and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong project and operational management skills, with the ability to prioritize resources, deadlines, and competing demands.
- Fluency in English is essential for working with international clients and global stakeholders.
- High level of autonomy, initiative, adaptability, and confidence when making decisions in complex and fast-moving environments.
- Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
