This role turns complex datasets into actionable insights that support both operational and strategic business decisions.
You will partner with stakeholders across commercial and technology functions to investigate business questions and uncover opportunities.
A key focus will be building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and reporting solutions that enable self-service analytics.
You will use SQL and analytical methodologies to explore large datasets, validate information, identify trends, and investigate root causes.
The role also embraces AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive work, and improve analytical productivity.
You will translate findings into clear, compelling narratives that can be understood by both technical and business audiences.
Working with international teams, you will contribute to high-quality data solutions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Accountabilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to answer strategic and operational questions through data analysis and deliver actionable insights.
- Build, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and reports to increase business visibility and enable self-service analytics.
- Use SQL to query, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct exploratory analyses to identify trends, investigate business issues, and support root cause analysis for product and commercial initiatives.
- Define, monitor, and maintain business KPIs and reporting standards in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Apply data visualization and storytelling best practices to create intuitive, impactful, and user-friendly dashboards.
- Leverage AI tools, including LLMs and coding assistants, to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive activities, improve documentation, and increase productivity while validating outputs.
- Translate analytical findings into clear narratives and recommendations tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable analytical solutions within tight timelines.
- Take ownership of analytical projects and continuously improve processes, methodologies, and data-driven solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or another quantitative discipline.
- Strong SQL skills, including querying, transforming, validating, and preparing datasets for analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, dashboard development, and reporting.
- Solid understanding of statistics and analytical methodologies.
- Experience with Python for data analysis is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools and enthusiasm for incorporating AI into day-to-day analytical work.
- Understanding of data visualization principles and data storytelling techniques.
- Intermediate English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to analytical accuracy and quality.
- Curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding business processes and the drivers behind performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to investigate the underlying causes behind data trends.
