This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Onboarding Manager based in India.
As a Client Onboarding Manager, you will guide enterprise clients through successful implementation and the early stages of their customer journey. You will lead onboarding projects from planning through adoption, keeping timelines, communication, and stakeholders aligned. Working across internal teams, you will coordinate delivery and help ensure a smooth, consistent client experience. You will also support client teams through product education and enablement, helping them adopt solutions effectively. The role combines project management, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration in a global, remote-first environment. Your work will directly contribute to successful implementations and long-term customer satisfaction.
Accountabilities:
- Lead enterprise-level client onboarding and implementation projects from initial planning through successful delivery.
- Develop clear project plans, timelines, milestones, and communication workflows to maintain transparency and alignment.
- Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to ensure seamless and timely implementation.
- Guide clients throughout their onboarding journey, proactively managing expectations and addressing potential challenges.
- Prepare and educate client teams to support effective product adoption and enablement.
- Maintain strong client relationships while delivering a high-quality onboarding experience.
- Collaborate across international teams and time zones to keep projects progressing efficiently.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in project management, ideally within a client-facing, implementation, or onboarding environment.
- Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Knowledge of KYC, transaction monitoring, AML, or related compliance solutions is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluent English and Mandarin.
