This role will lead and scale a high-performing Sales Development organization focused on building predictable enterprise pipeline.
You will own the SDR strategy, operating model, performance management, and day-to-day execution.
The position combines hands-on team leadership with process building, coaching, and data-driven optimization.
You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Enablement to strengthen account coverage and outreach.
Your leadership will directly influence qualified meetings, opportunities, enterprise pipeline, and SDR productivity.

Accountabilities:
- Own the strategy, operating model, and daily performance of the Sales Development organization, ensuring consistent delivery against qualified meeting, opportunity, and pipeline targets.
- Recruit, onboard, coach, develop, and performance-manage SDRs to improve ramp time, productivity, retention, and career progression.
- Establish effective management rhythms, including 1:1s, call reviews, role-plays, pipeline reviews, and performance-management routines.
- Partner with Marketing on inbound, campaign, event, and account-based follow-up for priority enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership and Account Executives to prioritize accounts, align outreach, improve meeting quality, and strengthen handoffs.
- Develop and continuously improve outbound playbooks, account research practices, messaging, qualification frameworks, and follow-up processes.
- Monitor activity, meetings, conversion rates, opportunities, pipeline, and team capacity to forecast performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to strengthen dashboards, CRM discipline, lead routing, workflows, reporting, and sales technology adoption.
- Build strong enterprise account coverage and create consistent collaboration between SDRs and Account Executives.
- Drive continuous improvement across the sales development funnel, from targeted outreach and conversations through qualified opportunities and pipeline creation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales development or related sales experience, including at least 3 years leading SDR or BDR teams.
- Proven experience managing enterprise outbound or account-based sales motions and consistently generating qualified pipeline.
- Demonstrated success recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and performance-managing early-career sales professionals.
- Strong enterprise sales acumen, including experience prospecting into organizations with 5,000+ employees and navigating complex buying committees.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Enablement on account strategy, campaigns, processes, and reporting.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to use data and insights to improve team performance.
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Gong, or comparable sales development and revenue technology.
- Experience in workforce management, HR technology, retail technology, operations technology, or similar enterprise software is preferred.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance strategic planning, direct coaching, and high execution standards.
