This role leads scalable, high-impact marketing programs across assigned regional markets, with a direct focus on revenue growth, pipeline development, retention, and cross-sell. You will work closely with regional leaders, producers, national marketing teams, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities and turn them into measurable campaigns. The position combines regional ownership with responsibility for selected national initiatives that can be replicated across markets. You will use campaign data, KPI dashboards, and ROI analysis to guide priorities and resource allocation. Success requires balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution across multiple channels. The role offers an opportunity to shape marketing programs in a collaborative, performance-focused environment while helping create more consistent and efficient go-to-market practices.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute scalable regional marketing programs designed to support new business growth, customer retention, cross-sell, and pipeline development.

  • Partner with regional leadership and sales teams to identify market-specific opportunities, priorities, and campaigns aligned with broader business objectives.

  • Localize and deploy centrally developed marketing initiatives while maintaining established strategic and operational guidelines.

  • Lead programs focused on Centers of Influence (COIs), new business development, carrier partnerships, prospect marketing, and demand generation.

  • Design repeatable marketing frameworks, processes, and best practices that can be adopted consistently across multiple regions.

  • Own selected national marketing initiatives, coordinating with regional and national stakeholders to drive effective execution and adoption.

  • Analyze campaign performance, regional marketing metrics, and ROI to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Use consolidated KPI dashboards and performance insights to inform prioritization, resource allocation, and marketing investment decisions.

  • Maintain alignment across marketing objectives, budgets, workstreams, campaign priorities, and regional business needs.

  • Help reduce fragmented or low-impact marketing activity by focusing resources on scalable initiatives with measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within insurance, financial services, or a comparable industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that support demand generation, revenue growth, retention, and cross-sell.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create professional content across digital, social, presentation, and print formats.

  • Experience partnering with sales and business leaders to translate commercial priorities into actionable marketing strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign metrics, KPIs, and ROI data to guide decisions.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, for creating compelling business presentations and executive-ready materials.

  • Working knowledge of business-oriented social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

  • Familiarity with marketing technology and systems; experience with HubSpot is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across regional and centralized teams.

  • A strategic, collaborative, and execution-focused approach, with an emphasis on scalable solutions and measurable outcomes.

Benefits

  • Annual salary range of $110,000–$120,000, with compensation determined based on factors including experience, geography, and role requirements.

  • Medical/Rx, dental, and vision coverage.

  • Life and disability insurance.

  • Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).

  • 401(k) retirement plan.

  • Student loan assistance.

  • Tuition reimbursement.

  • Free mental health and enhanced advocacy services.

  • Paid time off and company holidays.

  • Preferred partner discounts and additional wellness and financial benefits.

  • Additional benefits may vary based on eligibility, waiting periods, geographic location, or employing entity.
