Accountabilities:
- Develop, configure, maintain, and enhance Salesforce and CPQ solutions according to business and technical requirements.
- Analyze functional requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, administrators, and other technical teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Support the implementation of Salesforce functionality, integrations, workflows, and related system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot application issues, investigate root causes, and implement appropriate technical solutions.
- Contribute to testing, validation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce and CPQ capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes, system performance, usability, and overall solution effectiveness.
- Maintain appropriate technical documentation and follow established development and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Professional experience in Salesforce development, programming, configuration, or a closely related role.
- Practical knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and development principles.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and the processes involved in configuring products, pricing, quoting, or related commercial workflows.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Experience working with software development, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate technical issues and develop practical solutions.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage priorities, work independently when required, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Relevant technical education, certifications, or equivalent professional experience in Salesforce or software development is preferred.
