Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer based in India.

This leadership-oriented role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. You will translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions. The position combines hands-on development with Power Platform configuration, enterprise integrations, and application lifecycle management. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners across complex technology environments. The role also provides opportunities to work with Azure, cloud-based solutions, DevOps practices, and modern enterprise architecture. Strong technical judgment, communication, and strategic thinking are essential in this collaborative and globally connected environment.

• Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with business requirements and objectives.

• Build and configure Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

• Develop custom extensions and integrations using C#, .NET, and JavaScript.

• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems, including ERP, finance, scheduling, and other business platforms.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

• Perform unit testing, troubleshoot technical issues, investigate defects, and implement solutions that maintain system stability.

• Support application lifecycle management, including deployments, upgrades, patches, and ongoing enhancements.

• Apply security best practices and data protection requirements throughout solution design and development.

• Document technical designs, system configurations, integrations, and other relevant implementation details.

• Provide technical guidance and user training when required.

• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability as business requirements evolve.

• Contribute to Agile and DevOps practices and help drive continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer or in a comparable role.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Finance & Operations (F&O), or both.

• Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript.

• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and APIs for enterprise integration.

• Solid understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM) and DevOps practices.

• Experience with data modeling, system integrations, workflows, and enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 implementations.

• Strong technical development, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.

• Experience working with cloud-based solutions and complex enterprise integrations.

• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to connect technical solutions to broader business goals.

• Ability to work effectively in collaborative, multicultural, and cross-functional environments.
