  • Contribute to broader organizational objectives by promoting collaboration, breaking down operational silos, and maintaining high standards of client service.

Requirements

The ideal candidate combines hands-on project management experience with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. You should be comfortable coordinating several time-sensitive initiatives, working independently, and engaging confidently with stakeholders at all levels. The following qualifications are expected:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in professional services, project management, or a related environment.

  • Professional real estate license in the applicable state, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire.

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and resolve problems independently.

  • Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

  • Ability to operate autonomously with limited direction while knowing when to seek guidance on complex assignments.

  • Business development and marketing awareness, with the ability to identify opportunities and support client relationship growth.
