Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in Workday support, configuration, or administration, preferably within a consulting, managed services, or client-facing environment.

  • Strong working knowledge of one or more Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Recruiting, or Financials.

  • Hands-on experience with intermediate Workday configuration and business process management.

  • Experience creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting Workday reports and basic integrations.

  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms such as ServiceNow and established client documentation practices.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to investigate issues and identify their underlying causes.
