Join a technology-driven engineering environment where cloud infrastructure, automation, and artificial intelligence converge to accelerate software delivery. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will design, automate, and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure across Huawei Cloud and Microsoft Azure. You will play a key role in building reliable CI/CD pipelines, orchestrating deployments, and implementing automated quality and security controls. Working with containerized applications and Kubernetes, you will ensure releases are stable, traceable, and recoverable when issues arise. You will also integrate AI-assisted engineering practices into deployment workflows, helping teams improve efficiency while maintaining strong operational standards. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced cloud and DevOps professional who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges and advancing modern, AI-first delivery practices.

Accountabilities:

You will own critical aspects of cloud infrastructure management and continuous delivery, ensuring that applications can be deployed safely, consistently, and efficiently across multicloud environments. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage multicloud infrastructure: Provision, configure, and maintain cloud resources across Huawei Cloud and Microsoft Azure.

  • Administer Kubernetes environments: Manage clusters and containerized workloads using Huawei Cloud CCE and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

  • Automate infrastructure provisioning: Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to ensure consistency, scalability, and repeatability.

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines: Develop and optimize automated delivery workflows using Azure DevOps Pipelines and Huawei CodeArts.

  • Implement quality and security controls: Define and automate quality gates, security checks, and compliance validations throughout the deployment lifecycle.

  • Manage application releases: Coordinate deployment processes, release management, and production rollouts while maintaining reliability and traceability.

  • Develop rollback and recovery strategies: Implement mechanisms to reverse deployments, recover from failures, and minimize service disruption.

  • Automate environment configuration: Streamline infrastructure setup and configuration to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

  • Establish observability: Configure logging, monitoring, alerting, and operational visibility to identify issues and maintain system health.

  • Manage cloud security: Implement identity and access management controls, permissions, and infrastructure security policies.

  • Support data and messaging services: Assist with provisioning and integration of databases and messaging infrastructure.

  • Integrate AI-assisted delivery: Incorporate AI-supported engineering and deployment workflows into CI/CD pipelines and broader delivery processes.

  • Improve operational performance: Identify opportunities to optimize automation, deployment reliability, infrastructure efficiency, and engineering workflows.

  • Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a senior DevOps professional with hands-on experience managing multicloud environments, particularly Huawei Cloud and Microsoft Azure. You should combine strong infrastructure automation and container orchestration skills with a solid understanding of secure software delivery, monitoring, and release management. Required qualifications include:

  • CI/CD automation: Experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting pipelines using Azure DevOps Pipelines, with knowledge of Huawei CodeArts.

  • Release management: Practical experience managing deployments, implementing rollback procedures, and recovering from infrastructure or application failures.

  • Observability and monitoring: Knowledge of logging, monitoring, alerting, and diagnosing issues across cloud environments.

  • Infrastructure security: Understanding of cloud security principles, identity and access management, and automated environment controls.

  • Automation mindset: Ability to identify repetitive tasks and develop reliable solutions that improve deployment consistency and operational efficiency.

  • Nice to have:

  • Experience with databases such as GaussDB, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, and Azure Cosmos DB.

  • Familiarity with messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, and Huawei Distributed Message Service (DMS).

  • Experience with SonarQube, Gitflow, and DevSecOps practices.

  • Knowledge of Agentic DevOps and AI-assisted DevOps methodologies.
