  • Defect Management: Identify, troubleshoot, document, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle, collaborating with technical teams to ensure timely resolution. Manage test data and use tools such as SAP Solution Manager or SAP Cloud ALM to support defect tracking.

  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate UAT activities, facilitate communication between developers and end users, validate business processes, and ensure readiness for deployment and go-live approval.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users to validate cross-process functionality and ensure SAP solutions align with operational requirements.

  • Quality Assurance and Reporting: Monitor testing progress, document results, communicate risks, and provide clear recommendations to support informed decisions and successful implementations.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, automation, and execution efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.

  • Professional Experience: Three to five years of SAP S/4HANA testing experience, including participation in at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation.

  • Testing Expertise: Demonstrated experience developing and executing test scripts, conducting end-to-end and cross-functional testing, managing test data, and supporting multiple testing phases.

  • Defect Tracking and Resolution: Ability to identify, analyze, document, and follow defects through resolution, using appropriate testing and application lifecycle management tools.

  • Preferred Technical Skills: Experience working in Agile environments, familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, and knowledge of data mapping.

  • Test Automation: Experience with enterprise testing automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft Certify, or OpenText UFT One is preferred.

  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business users, management, and customers.

  • Security Requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen and willing to obtain and maintain Public Trust suitability. Candidates must also be able to undergo a Tier 2 investigation to establish eligibility for a Department of Defense Common Access Card (CAC) before starting the position.

  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting, manage complex testing assignments, operate standard computer and office equipment, and communicate technical findings clearly, including through presentations when required.

Benefits

  • Annual Salary: Competitive projected compensation range of $89,100–$148,200, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, education, certifications, and applicable contract requirements.
