-
Improve payment performance through connection optimization, failover strategies, intelligent retries, network tokenization, account updater capabilities, 3-D Secure (3DS) authentication, and Level 2/Level 3 card data optimization.

Experience leading engineering teams or product delivery squads, setting priorities, managing execution, resolving blockers, and making architectural trade-offs in partnership with engineering leadership.
-
Ability to translate complex technical requirements and payment network specifications into clear product strategies, requirements, and implementation plans.
-
Practical experience applying AI, machine learning, LLMs, or agentic systems to payment workflows, supported by a clear understanding of appropriate use cases, limitations, and risk considerations.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to use performance data to guide product decisions and demonstrate measurable outcomes.
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leadership, collaborate across technical and business functions, and explain complex payment concepts clearly.
