As Principal Product Manager, Pro, you will define the vision and lead the end-to-end product strategy for a platform serving short-term rental operators and homeowners’ associations managing large property portfolios. You will connect customer acquisition, onboarding, daily operations, and long-term retention into a cohesive and scalable product experience. Working across Commercial, Engineering, Design, and other teams, you will transform complex business needs into flexible product capabilities that serve diverse customer segments. You will bring clarity to ambiguous challenges, make strategic decisions across a broad product landscape, and balance customer requirements with long-term platform investments. By combining customer insights, commercial understanding, and data-driven decision-making, you will help drive adoption, operational efficiency, and sustainable business growth. This is an opportunity for an experienced product leader to shape a high-impact B2B offering in a collaborative, customer-focused, and innovation-driven environment.

Accountabilities:

You will own the Pro product roadmap from initial discovery through launch and continuous improvement, ensuring that product decisions address customer needs while supporting business objectives and scalable growth.

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Pro, balancing customer needs, commercial opportunities, and platform investments.

  • Develop a deep understanding of portfolio operators and homeowners’ associations, including how they evaluate providers, onboard properties and teams, manage operations, and make renewal decisions.

  • Improve the complete customer journey, from evaluating and adopting the platform to onboarding, portfolio management, retention, and expansion.

  • Identify common needs across customer segments and develop modular, configurable product capabilities that reduce reliance on one-off solutions.

  • Prioritize opportunities across a broad product landscape, make informed trade-offs, and communicate decisions clearly to senior stakeholders and delivery teams.

  • Partner with Commercial and go-to-market teams to define target customers, shape the product offering, and align the roadmap with acquisition and growth strategies.

  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design to transform complex workflows into intuitive, reliable, and efficient experiences for customers managing multiple properties and users.

  • Establish success metrics, use customer research and product data to evaluate performance, and adapt the roadmap as new evidence emerges.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives through discovery, definition, development, launch, and iteration, aligning teams with different priorities.

  • Represent the voice of Pro customers in product decisions and foster a shared understanding of their needs across the organization.

  • Requirements:

You bring extensive product management experience, a strong commercial mindset, and the ability to turn ambiguous business challenges into scalable, customer-centered products. You are comfortable leading strategic decisions while working closely with technical and commercial teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

  • At least 10 years of product management experience, including leading 0-to-1 product development and owning strategy and delivery for complex products or product areas.

  • A strong business and commercial mindset, with an understanding of how product capabilities influence customer acquisition, revenue growth, retention, and operational efficiency.

  • Experience building products for B2B or B2B2C customers, particularly in areas such as acquisition, onboarding, account or user management, retention, and expansion.

  • A proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, identify meaningful opportunities, and translate them into focused, outcome-driven roadmaps.

  • Strong customer discovery skills, including the ability to identify common needs across segments and distinguish between requirements that can be addressed through configuration and those requiring different approaches.

  • Experience partnering with Commercial, Sales, or go-to-market teams to connect product strategy with customer acquisition and business growth.

  • Sound judgment in balancing customer-specific needs with scalable platform capabilities and making progress when requirements or ownership are unclear.

  • The ability to work closely with Engineering teams on technical trade-offs, system constraints, and delivery sequencing.

  • A practical approach to product experience, with a focus on usability, clarity, reliability, and operational efficiency.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to align senior leaders and cross-functional teams around decisions and outcomes.

  • An AI-builder mindset and practical experience leveraging AI tools, large language models (LLMs), and agents to rapidly prototype solutions, test hypotheses, and validate customer needs. You can collaborate with Engineering to turn successful experiments into scalable production features.

  • Experience in enterprise SaaS, property technology, vacation rentals, or software designed to manage portfolios of properties, locations, accounts, or users is a plus.

  • Benefits:

  • Base salary: $170,000–$205,000 per year.

  • Annual bonus: Eligibility for a variable bonus based on company and individual performance.

  • Equity: Company equity opportunities.

  • Retirement savings: 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match that vests immediately.

  • Health and wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, including 100% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for individual plans, a low-cost medical option, and 10 free mental health visits.

  • Additional protection: Pet insurance.

  • Family support: 16–18 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 10 weeks for non-birthing parents, plus infertility coverage.

  • Travel perks: Annual travel credit after one year of employment and discounts on stays at company properties.

  • Professional development: Structured onboarding, learning resources, and development opportunities to help you grow your skills and impact.

  • Community and inclusion: Employee Resource Groups that support connection and celebrate diverse communities.
