This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager (3-Month Temp) based in the United States.

Join a creator-focused digital music platform as a Lifecycle Marketing Manager on a three-month temporary assignment. You will maintain and optimize existing lifecycle marketing programs, ensuring consistent engagement with creators throughout their journey. Working across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging, you will manage campaign execution, audience segmentation, experimentation, and performance reporting. You will collaborate with creative, analytics, and marketing teams to identify opportunities, improve campaign effectiveness, and support growth in app downloads and subscriptions. This hands-on role is ideal for an experienced lifecycle marketer who can quickly take ownership of established programs and deliver results in a fast-paced, remote environment. You will also document workflows and campaign status to ensure a smooth transition when the regular manager returns.

Accountabilities:

You will oversee day-to-day lifecycle marketing operations, optimize existing campaigns, and use performance insights to improve engagement and conversion across key creator audiences.

  • Run and optimize lifecycle marketing programs across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging to increase engagement, app downloads, and subscriptions.

  • Manage end-to-end email execution for lifecycle, ad hoc, and transactional communications, including scheduling, cadence, frequency, quality assurance, and delivery checks.

  • Coordinate with the creative studio on campaign copy and design to ensure communications meet quality and brand standards.

  • Build and maintain audience segments to support relevant, personalized messaging.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to prioritize opportunities and launch campaigns efficiently.

  • Design and execute multivariate testing programs to evaluate campaign performance, iterate quickly, and scale successful approaches.

  • Monitor lifecycle campaign metrics, prepare performance reports, and share findings and recommendations with team members and leadership.

  • Partner with marketing analysts to identify trends, generate insights, and uncover opportunities for growth.

  • Document program status, workflows, and outstanding priorities to ensure a clear and seamless handover at the end of the temporary assignment.

  • Requirements:

The ideal candidate has substantial lifecycle marketing experience, strong technical execution skills, and the analytical mindset needed to improve campaign performance while working independently.

  • At least 5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing.

  • Extensive hands-on experience with lifecycle channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging, as well as audience data management, campaign execution, reporting, and lifecycle marketing tools.

  • Proven experience building, managing, and optimizing structured testing programs.

  • Familiarity with email service providers, preferably MoEngage or Braze.

  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS, along with experience using AI-assisted coding tools.

  • Strong understanding of email compliance and privacy regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.

  • Understanding of APIs and how they can support automation and personalization at scale.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data, identify actionable insights, and recommend improvements.

  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to balance strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across creative, marketing, and analytics teams.

  • Benefits:

  • Compensation: Total salary of $30,000 for the three-month temporary assignment.

  • Remote work: Remote-eligible position within the United States.

  • Health coverage: Medical, dental, and vision plans, along with mental health resources, subject to applicable eligibility and plan terms.

  • Retirement savings: Access to a 401(k) program.

  • Professional development: Allowance to support learning and career growth.

  • Flexible work culture: Opportunities to work remotely while maintaining connections with colleagues through in-person collaboration.

  • Team perks: Snacks, refreshments, and two complimentary lunches per week when working from an office.

  • Inclusive environment: A commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and respectful collaboration, with employee-organized Diversity Resource Groups open to participants and allies.

  • Learning and mentorship: Access to mentorship, workshops, and enrichment opportunities to support professional development.
