This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enablement Manager, Public Sector based in Romania.

We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused enablement professional to help scale a high-performing Public Sector sales organization in a fast-growing, mission-driven technology environment. In this role, you will equip sales teams with the onboarding, training, playbooks, and resources they need to engage effectively with government customers. You will translate sales leadership priorities into practical, repeatable programs that accelerate seller readiness, strengthen deal execution, and improve consistency across the sales process. Working closely with sales managers, Product, and Product Marketing, you will ensure that messaging and content remain accurate, accessible, and aligned with evolving customer needs. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for someone who combines strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a bias for action with a passion for helping teams perform at their best.

Accountabilities

  • Build and improve onboarding programs: Develop and continuously refine the Public Sector onboarding experience, refreshing core learning modules within seven days of new-hire confirmation and helping accelerate new seller readiness by 25–30%.

  • Maintain sales playbooks and content: Keep sales messaging, playbooks, competitive materials, discovery resources, and procurement guidance current. Update core content within three business days when leadership identifies messaging gaps, changing procurement requirements, or recurring objections.

  • Deliver targeted training: Create and deliver sector-specific training and micro-enablement resources, including one-pagers, talk tracks, practical scenarios, and short practice sessions, within 72 hours of identified execution gaps.

  • Strengthen sales execution: Partner with sales managers to reinforce qualification standards, evaluation planning, procurement-path mapping, stakeholder engagement, multithreading, and effective deal management.

  • Manage sales enablement systems: Maintain an organized, accessible content hub, such as Dock, and drive adoption above 90%, ensuring sellers can quickly find reliable and relevant resources.

  • Measure program effectiveness: Track onboarding progress, content adoption, and early-funnel performance. Analyze results, identify execution gaps, and recommend improvements that support stronger deal quality, consistency, and forecast accuracy.

  • Collaborate across functions: Work closely with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Leadership to align messaging, reflect public-sector customer needs, and ensure seller-facing materials consistently support the organization's objectives.

  • Operate with speed and adaptability: Respond quickly to changing priorities and field feedback, continuously improving enablement resources and programs in a high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience: At least three years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or Public Sector sales or sales leadership, with demonstrated success coaching or enabling Public Sector sellers.

  • Public Sector sales knowledge: Experience supporting sales teams selling to federal, state, or local government customers. Experience in cybersecurity, fintech, or mission-oriented technology is preferred.

  • Government procurement expertise: Strong understanding of government buying processes, procurement cycles, qualification methodologies, evaluation plans, stakeholder engagement, and multithreading.

  • Content development and training: Proven ability to create, update, and deliver sales content, onboarding modules, playbooks, and training resources quickly in a dynamic environment.

  • Sales technology proficiency: Hands-on experience with sales enablement and sales productivity tools such as Dock, Salesforce, Gong, or equivalent platforms, including the ability to implement workflows that improve consistency and adoption.

  • Communication and facilitation: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, practical guidance for frontline sales teams.

  • Analytical capabilities: A data-driven mindset and the ability to measure program effectiveness, monitor adoption, assess performance indicators, and identify execution gaps early.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with Product, Product Marketing, sales managers, and leadership while responding to emerging business needs.

  • Adaptability and ownership: Comfort operating in a high-growth, fast-changing environment where urgency, experimentation, clear communication, accountability, and continuous improvement are essential.

  • AI fluency: Willingness and ability to use AI tools to accelerate workflows, solve problems, improve output quality, and increase productivity. Applied AI skills may be evaluated during the interview process.

  • Working hours: Ability to maintain at least four hours of overlap with Eastern Time business hours, with most collaboration taking place between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Time.

Benefits

  • Remote work: Globally distributed, remote-first working environment, with this opportunity available in Romania.

  • International collaboration: Opportunities to work with colleagues across regions through digital communication and collaboration tools, including Slack and Notion.

  • In-person gatherings: Team meetups several times per year, with additional in-person collaboration encouraged for employees located near company hubs.

  • Professional growth: Opportunity to develop sales enablement expertise while working at the intersection of AI, public-sector technology, cybersecurity, and mission-focused solutions.

  • High-impact work: Direct contribution to improving sales readiness, execution quality, and the effectiveness of teams serving government customers.

  • Compensation: The published base salary range is $146,000–$164,000 USD for U.S.-based employees. Compensation for employees outside the United States is adjusted for geographic differences; the specific salary range for Romania is not provided and should be confirmed with the hiring team.

  • Equity: The role may be eligible to participate in an equity plan, subject to applicable terms and eligibility.

  • Additional benefits: Specific healthcare coverage, paid leave, retirement benefits, and other perks for Romania-based employees are not detailed in the posting and should be confirmed during the hiring process.

  • Dynamic environment: Opportunity to work in a fast-paced organization that values ownership, adaptability, experimentation, high standards, and continuous feedback.
