This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CTV Publisher Partnerships Lead based in the United States.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced AdTech business development professional to drive Connected TV (CTV) supply growth across the US market. In this fully remote, independent contractor role, you will build strategic relationships with smart TV manufacturers, streaming device providers, and leading CTV and Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV (FAST) publishers. Leveraging your existing industry network, you will secure long-term monetization partnerships and unlock new revenue opportunities through innovative advertising technology. You will collaborate closely with European supply and CTV leadership, leading commercial negotiations and coordinating partner integrations from initial engagement through sustained growth. The role combines entrepreneurial autonomy with international teamwork in a fast-moving, data-driven environment. It is an opportunity to shape the company's US CTV presence while helping publishers maximize audience monetization through transparent, AI-powered advertising solutions.

Accountabilities

  • Business Development and Partnership Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and engage smart TV manufacturers, streaming device providers, and leading CTV and FAST app publishers across the United States. Leverage an established professional network to reach key decision-makers, present the value of the CTV monetization platform, and secure new strategic partnerships.

  • Commercial Negotiations and Deal Execution: Lead partnership discussions, develop commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close long-term agreements with CTV original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and publishers. Collaborate with legal and business teams in Europe to structure agreements that support sustainable growth and mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Partner Onboarding and Integration: Coordinate the launch of new partnerships with integration and account management teams, ensuring smooth technical implementation. Support integrations involving VAST, app-ads.txt, and advertising pod configurations, and monitor initial performance to help partners achieve successful launches and scale efficiently.

  • Account Management and Revenue Growth: Serve as the primary US point of contact for established partners, building trusted relationships and identifying opportunities to expand monetization. Track key performance indicators, including revenue and ad fill rates, and drive growth through additional applications, advertising formats, and market opportunities.

  • Market Intelligence and Strategic Insights: Provide European leadership with actionable insights into US CTV market dynamics, competitive developments, publisher expectations, pricing trends, and emerging business opportunities. Use market feedback to inform partnership strategies and strengthen the company's competitive position.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with international CTV, supply, legal, integration, and account management teams to align commercial priorities with operational execution. Maintain clear communication across time zones and contribute to a coordinated approach to partner acquisition, onboarding, and long-term development.

  • Operational Excellence and AI Adoption: Use a structured, analytical approach to business development, simplifying complex commercial challenges into clear execution plans. Leverage AI tools and structured documentation to improve workflows, support decision-making, and translate strategic objectives into repeatable operational processes.

Requirements

  • Professional Experience: At least five years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial roles within AdTech or digital media, including a minimum of two to three years focused on the US Connected TV market.

  • Established Industry Network: Existing, active relationships with decision-makers at CTV OEMs and/or major CTV and FAST app publishers. The ability to secure meetings with senior monetization, business development, or partnership leaders is essential.

  • CTV and AdTech Expertise: Strong understanding of the CTV advertising ecosystem, including supply-side platforms (SSPs), demand-side platforms (DSPs), server-side ad insertion (SSAI), Video Ad Serving Template (VAST), ad pods, app-ads.txt, and advertising supply chain transparency.

  • Commercial and Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated success identifying opportunities, building strategic relationships, negotiating complex commercial agreements, and closing partnerships that generate measurable revenue. Ability to communicate technical and commercial value propositions clearly to senior stakeholders.

  • Account Growth and Performance Management: Experience managing strategic partnerships beyond initial contract signature, including onboarding coordination, performance monitoring, revenue optimization, and expansion into new products, formats, or markets.

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously as a 1099 independent contractor in a fully remote environment. Able to manage priorities independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed team based in Europe.

  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills, commercial judgment, and the ability to translate market intelligence and performance data into practical business decisions. Comfortable prioritizing high-impact opportunities and applying the 80/20 principle to maximize results.

  • AI and Operational Fluency: A proactive, AI-oriented approach to work, with the ability to use modern AI tools and develop structured workflows, documentation, and logical processes that improve operational efficiency and execution quality.

  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust, challenge established practices constructively, and work effectively across cultures and time zones. A collaborative, adaptable, and results-driven approach is essential.

  • Work Arrangement: Based in the United States and able to work remotely while maintaining effective collaboration with European leadership and cross-functional teams. The position is structured as a 1099 independent contractor engagement.

Benefits

  • Fully Remote Work: Flexible, remote-first working arrangements, allowing you to work from the location where you are most productive.

  • International Collaboration: Work closely with a distributed team across Europe and contribute to business expansion in the US digital advertising market.

  • Entrepreneurial Autonomy: Take ownership of US CTV publisher partnerships and directly influence commercial strategy, revenue growth, and market development.

  • High-Growth Environment: Join a rapidly expanding advertising technology business focused on innovation, transparent monetization, and AI-powered solutions.

  • Collaborative Team Culture: Work in an environment that values collective success, mutual support, initiative, and open communication.

  • Professional Development: Access to training, performance feedback, career development discussions, and opportunities for internal mobility, subject to the terms applicable to the engagement.

  • Team Events and Social Activities: Opportunities to participate in company gatherings and events that strengthen relationships across the international team.

  • Performance-Driven Opportunity: Build and grow high-value commercial partnerships in a developing CTV advertising market with significant monetization potential.
