This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a PPT Maker based in India.

We are seeking a skilled presentation specialist who can transform complex business information into clear, compelling, and visually polished PowerPoint decks. In this remote role, you will create executive-level presentations that support strategic decisions and stakeholder engagement. You will shape strong narrative structures, develop engaging storyboards, and turn data and insights into actionable recommendations. Working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, you will ensure every presentation communicates its message with clarity and purpose. You will also maintain consistent visual standards, reusable templates, and high-quality design practices across projects. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who combines visual creativity, structured thinking, and strong business communication skills.

• Design and develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate business challenges, proposed solutions, and strategic recommendations.

• Create storyboards, presentation structures, and visual templates that maintain consistency and align with brand guidelines.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather relevant data, insights, and key messages.

• Apply structured problem-solving frameworks to organize information and strengthen the logic and flow of presentations.

• Develop concise executive summaries, key takeaway slides, and clear calls to action for leadership audiences.

• Ensure presentations meet accessibility standards and are optimized for both virtual and in-person delivery.

• Incorporate feedback from executives and stakeholders, manage revisions, and maintain accurate version control and documentation.

• Build and maintain an organized library of reusable templates, icons, graphics, and other presentation assets.

• Stay informed about emerging presentation tools, visual communication techniques, and design trends to continuously improve engagement and quality.

• Support and mentor junior team members by sharing best practices in storytelling, slide design, and presentation development.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations in a corporate or professional business environment.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design expertise, effective storyboarding, clear narrative structures, and visual storytelling.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data and business concepts into concise, persuasive messaging.

• Experience applying structured problem-solving frameworks such as MECE, PESTEL, and SWOT to organize presentation content.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including animations, data visualization, slide master and template creation, and layout customization.

• Strong visual design skills, with excellent attention to typography, color theory, alignment, spacing, and overall consistency.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines while balancing stakeholder expectations.

• A collaborative approach and confidence working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at different organizational levels.

• Adaptability to changing requirements, constructive feedback, and evolving project priorities.

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and willingness to learn new tools and continuously improve presentation quality.
