We are looking for an experienced business consultant to lead strategic projects focused on process optimization, operational excellence, and business transformation. In this role, you will analyze business performance, identify improvement opportunities, and translate data-driven insights into actionable solutions. You will collaborate with clients, executives, and multidisciplinary teams to map processes, uncover root causes, and develop practical implementation plans. Your work will help organizations improve efficiency, strengthen decision-making, and achieve measurable business outcomes. Accountabilities

Conduct business diagnostics using data analysis, key performance indicators (KPIs), reports, and other relevant business information to assess performance across different industries.

Develop management and executive presentations that communicate diagnostic findings, process challenges, and recommendations clearly and effectively.

Identify, assess, and prioritize process improvement initiatives, estimating their potential value and defining implementation roadmaps and performance monitoring plans.

Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops with business teams and management to map processes, identify bottlenecks and deviations, and determine root causes.

Support project scope management, escalation processes, and schedule monitoring to ensure deliverables remain aligned with agreed objectives and timelines.

Serve as a key project reference, proactively identifying solutions, addressing project needs, and helping teams overcome challenges.

Collaborate with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders to understand business needs, validate proposed solutions, and align improvement initiatives with strategic priorities.

Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and action plans to encourage alignment, collaboration, and successful implementation.

Analyze business documentation, datasets, and reports to generate insights and support evidence-based decision-making.

Provide guidance and support to other consultants, contributing to effective teamwork and consistent project delivery.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

Previous experience in business consulting, preferably involving process optimization, operational excellence, and organizational improvement initiatives.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, evaluate performance indicators, and make evidence-based recommendations.

Strategic thinking and the ability to align process improvement initiatives with broader business goals.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and executive stakeholders.

Confidence and maturity in facilitating workshops, conducting stakeholder interviews, and managing discussions with professionals at different organizational levels.

Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships, build consensus, and support the implementation of complex initiatives.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt), or process management.

Current residence in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Nice to have: Experience with business intelligence tools and the analysis of large datasets.

Nice to have: Familiarity with process mining methodologies and tools such as Celonis, MyInvenio, Signavio, DiscoFlux, or UpFlux.
