Accountabilities:

You will oversee recruitment performance, lead a team of recruiters, and continuously improve the systems and processes that support effective hiring across the organization. Balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, you will ensure recruitment remains aligned with workforce needs, business goals, and high standards of candidate quality.

  • Lead and scale the recruitment function, establishing monthly and quarterly hiring targets aligned with workforce plans and business priorities.

  • Personally manage and close key roles while coaching recruiters, setting clear expectations, and improving team productivity.

  • Establish performance management systems that track recruitment activity, pipeline health, conversion rates, and hiring outcomes.

  • Own recruitment forecasting by translating workforce plans into actionable hiring models and regularly validating forecasts against pipeline data.

  • Partner with People, Finance, and business leaders to identify hiring risks, capacity constraints, and market trends, adjusting plans proactively.

  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, including hires per month and quarter, time-to-fill, time-to-start, recruiter productivity, capacity, pipeline coverage, conversion rates, offer acceptance, and quality of hire.

  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews, coaching sessions, and performance feedback discussions to strengthen individual and team results.

  • Maintain high recruitment standards while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with functional leaders to define hiring priorities, align candidate profiles, and execute recruitment plans transparently.

  • Present recruitment performance, forecast accuracy, emerging risks, and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, using data and market insights to inform hiring decisions, timing, and priorities.

  • Champion an AI-first approach by experimenting with and implementing AI tools that improve recruitment efficiency, decision-making, and delivery.

  • Lead initiatives to enhance the recruitment function, including candidate assessments, hiring manager enablement, and employer branding.

  • Manage relationships with recruitment technology and assessment providers, such as Greenhouse and Xref, ensuring service quality and continuous improvement.

  • Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced, hands-on recruiter who combines strong operational discipline with effective people leadership and a data-driven approach to talent acquisition. You should be comfortable owning recruitment outcomes, coaching others, influencing senior stakeholders, and introducing innovative solutions in a fast-paced technology environment.

  • At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, including 1–2 years in a management or team leadership role.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and coach a small recruitment team while remaining hands-on when needed.

  • Proven success as a full-cycle recruiter within a SaaS or technology environment.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment operations, performance metrics, pipeline management, and hiring forecasting.

  • Experience managing recruitment systems, ideally Greenhouse, and producing accurate reports that inform decisions and actions.

  • An AI-first mindset, with experience experimenting with or implementing AI-driven tools and automation to improve recruitment efficiency.

  • Experience designing scalable, consistent, and high-integrity recruitment processes in a fast-growing organization.

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-oriented approach to diagnosing recruitment challenges and improving outcomes.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leaders and strengthen hiring capabilities across the business.

  • A coaching-oriented leadership style that combines clear expectations, constructive feedback, accountability, and support.

  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • A deep commitment to inclusive hiring, continuous learning, and professional development.

  • Ability to work effectively with distributed teams and collaborate across different functions and geographic regions.

  • Benefits:

  • Annual base salary: $130,000–$145,000 USD. Actual compensation depends on factors such as location, cost of living, experience, skills, and business needs. The total compensation package may also include a target bonus and equity, depending on the role.
