This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager based in the United States.

Join an innovative technology organization shaping the future of enterprise communication through governed communication intelligence. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will define how complex products combining governance, security, and artificial intelligence are positioned, launched, and brought to market. You will transform technical capabilities into compelling value propositions that resonate with enterprise buyers across compliance, IT, risk, and business functions. Working at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, you will drive go-to-market strategies, strengthen sales enablement, and translate market insights into measurable business outcomes. You will play a central role in differentiating the product portfolio, accelerating pipeline growth, and improving customer adoption. This remote opportunity offers the chance to influence an emerging technology category while collaborating with global teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will own product positioning, messaging, launches, and market intelligence initiatives, ensuring that product value is communicated consistently and effectively across all customer touchpoints.

  • Sales enablement: Develop and maintain sales tools, including pitch decks, competitive battlecards, solution briefs, demonstration narratives, ROI calculators, and objection-handling guides. Train Sales, SDRs, and Customer Success teams on product messaging, competitive differentiation, and new releases. Provide reusable content for partner campaigns and tailored materials for strategic deals and executive briefings.

  • Product positioning and messaging: Define differentiated positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions for assigned products and initiatives. Maintain a centralized source of truth for product messaging and capability claims, verifying accuracy before publication. Develop buyer personas, use cases, and tailored narratives for established regulated industries, including banking, wealth and asset management, and insurance, as well as emerging markets such as life sciences.

  • Go-to-market strategy and launches: Lead product releases through the new product introduction (NPI) process, from messaging development to launch execution and sales readiness. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams, including international colleagues, to review specifications, test features, understand technical requirements, and distinguish released capabilities from roadmap plans. Contribute to roadmap prioritization, pricing and packaging recommendations, and release communications.

  • Performance measurement: Track launch effectiveness through product adoption, pipeline contribution, and win rates. Use performance data to refine positioning, improve campaigns, and strengthen future go-to-market initiatives.

  • Market and competitive intelligence: Monitor competitors across communication compliance, archiving, and supervision markets. Conduct win/loss analyses and customer interviews, translating findings into actionable recommendations for Product, Sales, and leadership.

  • Analyst relations and customer advocacy: Support analyst engagement, including Gartner-related initiatives, as well as customer advocacy programs, case studies, and customer references.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Build strong relationships across Product, Engineering, Sales, Channel Marketing, and Marketing to ensure consistent messaging, coordinated launches, and alignment between product capabilities and market expectations.

  • Requirements:

You are an experienced B2B product marketer who combines strategic thinking, technical fluency, exceptional storytelling, and a strong understanding of enterprise buyers. You can independently lead complex initiatives, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and demonstrate the commercial impact of your work.

  • At least 7 years of B2B product marketing experience in enterprise-focused startups, technology companies, or SaaS organizations.

  • Proven ability to own product positioning, messaging, and launches from strategy through execution with minimal supervision.

  • Demonstrated success launching products and developing positioning that measurably improves pipeline generation, adoption, or sales win rates.

  • Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to explain APIs, integrations, MCP connectors, and AI agents to both technical and business audiences.

  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical, regulatory, and security concepts into clear, compelling narratives.

  • A portfolio of original positioning, messaging, launch materials, and sales enablement assets, supported by examples of their practical use and impact.

  • Experience developing sales enablement resources that sales teams actively adopt and use.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to factual accuracy, including the ability to challenge unsupported product claims and validate capabilities before publication.

  • Proven ability to influence and align Product, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders without relying on formal authority.

  • Analytical mindset and experience using marketing analytics and CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce to evaluate performance.

  • Ability to collaborate across US, EMEA, and APAC time zones, with regular overlap across regions and particular availability during US business hours.

  • Proficiency with AI tools and the ability to incorporate them effectively into everyday workflows.

  • Nice to have:

  • Experience in RegTech, communications compliance, cybersecurity, archiving, or collaboration software.

  • Experience marketing enterprise solutions to financial services organizations or other highly regulated industries.

  • Familiarity with SEC and FINRA recordkeeping requirements, MiFID II, or data privacy regulations.

  • Previous experience marketing AI-powered products.

  • Benefits:

  • Remote work opportunity within the United States.

  • Opportunity to shape an emerging technology category and influence enterprise product strategy.

  • High-impact responsibilities with visibility across Product, Sales, Marketing, and leadership.

  • Collaboration with international teams across multiple regions.

  • A fast-growing, innovation-driven environment focused on enterprise communication, governance, and AI.

  • An inclusive and supportive culture that values curiosity, teamwork, customer focus, integrity, and excellence.

  • A commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity, welcoming candidates from varied backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
