- Analytics and reporting skills: Confident use of Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, spreadsheets, and business intelligence tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau. SQL knowledge is an additional advantage.
- Data-driven mindset: Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data, recognize its limitations, investigate changes in campaign results, and make informed optimization decisions.
- Structured problem-solving: A methodical approach to diagnosing performance issues, identifying root causes, testing hypotheses, and validating results before implementing changes.
- Interest in innovation: Curiosity about new advertising formats, platform updates, scripts, AI applications, and automation techniques, with the ability to test new approaches and assess their actual impact.
- Responsible use of AI and automation: Experience leveraging AI tools or automated workflows to improve efficiency, while validating outputs, establishing feedback loops, and ensuring reliable results.
