This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Cyber Security Solution Consulting Pre-Sales (ServiceNow, Armis e Veza) based in Brazil.
In this role, you will bridge cybersecurity expertise and business strategy, helping enterprise customers translate complex security challenges into effective, value-driven technology solutions. You will lead technical pre-sales activities, from opportunity discovery and solution design to demonstrations, proofs of concept, commercial proposals, and handover to delivery teams. Working closely with sales professionals, solution architects, implementation specialists, and technology vendors, you will develop integrated approaches to cyber exposure management, asset intelligence, identity security, and risk remediation. You will engage with CISOs, CIOs, infrastructure leaders, and security specialists to demonstrate measurable business value and align solutions with organizational priorities. With a focus on ServiceNow, Armis, and Veza, you will help customers improve security visibility, prioritize risks, strengthen access governance, and streamline remediation processes. This is an opportunity to combine technical depth, consultative communication, and commercial acumen in a collaborative environment focused on enterprise cybersecurity innovation.
Accountabilities
- Technical discovery and opportunity qualification: Lead discovery meetings and technical workshops to understand customer environments, cybersecurity risks, business objectives, technical requirements, and decision criteria. Collaborate with sales teams to qualify opportunities, identify stakeholders and dependencies, and prioritize relevant use cases.
- Solution architecture and integration: Design integrated cybersecurity architectures connecting asset intelligence, identity context, business service criticality, exposure management, and risk remediation workflows. Assess integration requirements, data quality, system dependencies, and operational responsibilities.
- Technical demonstrations and executive presentations: Prepare and deliver tailored technical demonstrations, workshops, and executive presentations that clearly communicate solution capabilities, address customer challenges, and demonstrate business value.
- Proof of Concept and Proof of Value management: Plan and lead PoCs and PoVs by defining scope, prerequisites, stakeholder responsibilities, measurable success criteria, and evaluation methods. Coordinate technical activities and validate whether proposed solutions meet customer expectations.
- Technical proposals and service definition: Develop technical proposals and Statements of Work (SoWs), including assumptions, exclusions, deliverables, acceptance criteria, implementation responsibilities, and effort estimates in collaboration with delivery teams.
- RFP and RFI management: Lead technical responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), gathering evidence of solution alignment, documenting capabilities and limitations, and clarifying integration requirements.
- Business case development: Build credible business cases that articulate expected value, operational effort, and potential risk reduction using explicit assumptions and evidence-based reasoning. Ensure proposed outcomes are realistic and aligned with customer priorities.
- Vendor and product coordination: Work with technology manufacturers and internal specialists to validate product capabilities, technical prerequisites, integration options, licensing requirements, and solution dependencies.
- Handover to implementation teams: Ensure a structured transition from pre-sales to delivery by documenting the agreed architecture, customer commitments, identified risks, scope, assumptions, and expected outcomes.
- Cybersecurity offering development: Create reusable technical materials, demonstration scripts, workshop frameworks, and solution assets to improve pre-sales efficiency and strengthen the organization's cybersecurity portfolio.
- ServiceNow security operations and remediation: Position Security Operations capabilities, particularly Unified Security Exposure Management (USEM). Connect vulnerabilities and incidents with asset context, configuration items, and business services using CMDB and CSDM concepts. Design prioritization, assignment, tracking, and remediation workflows that connect security and IT operations.
- Armis asset intelligence and exposure management: Demonstrate asset discovery, visibility, and classification across managed and unmanaged IT, OT, and IoT environments. Show how asset context, exposure, and criticality improve risk prioritization, inventory enrichment, and remediation workflows.
- Veza identity security and permissions: Demonstrate effective access visibility, identifying who can access specific resources and which actions they can perform. Develop use cases addressing excessive permissions, human and non-human identities, least-privilege principles, access reviews, identity governance, and audit requirements.
Requirements
- Professional experience: Proven experience in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or cybersecurity consulting, with direct involvement in enterprise sales cycles.
- Consultative communication: Demonstrated ability to lead discovery sessions, technical workshops, product demonstrations, and presentations for both technical audiences and executive stakeholders.
- Cybersecurity fundamentals: Strong knowledge of vulnerability and exposure management, asset inventory, and identity and access security concepts.
- Relevant technical specialization: Practical experience in at least one of the following areas: security operations and remediation, IT/OT/IoT asset security, or identity and access management (IAM), identity governance and administration (IGA), and permissions governance.
- Solution architecture: Ability to design cybersecurity architectures and translate technical requirements into integrated solutions that address customer risks, operational needs, and business objectives.
- Proposal and service design: Experience preparing technical proposals and defining service scopes, assumptions, responsibilities, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
- Security frameworks and principles: Familiarity with Zero Trust, least privilege, and cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework (NIST CSF) and ISO/IEC 27001.
- ServiceNow knowledge: Familiarity with security operations, Unified Security Exposure Management (USEM), CMDB, CSDM, vulnerability prioritization, and remediation workflows is valuable.
- Armis knowledge: Understanding of asset discovery, classification, exposure management, and security use cases across IT, OT, and IoT environments is advantageous.
- Veza knowledge: Familiarity with identity security, effective permissions, human and non-human identities, access reviews, and identity governance is beneficial.
- Technical integration skills: Ability to assess connectors, integrations, data reconciliation, licensing dependencies, and operational requirements across security and IT platforms.
- English proficiency: Ability to read technical documentation, participate in technical meetings, and communicate with international technology vendors in English.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Analytical and commercial mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, sound technical judgment, and the ability to connect cybersecurity capabilities with measurable business outcomes.
- Collaboration and adaptability: Ability to work effectively with sales, architecture, delivery, and vendor teams while developing expertise across multiple technology platforms.
