- Manage technical production requirements: Coordinate staging, scenic design, audio, video, lighting, LED displays, projection, rigging, entertainment, speakers, and other event elements. Assess venues for power, sightlines, seating, backstage requirements, load-in and load-out logistics, and overall production feasibility.
- Develop production documentation: Prepare and maintain production schedules, floor plans, technical drawings, run-of-show documents, and other materials necessary for effective planning and execution.
- Oversee onsite delivery: Lead site inspections, rehearsals, show flow, vendor coordination, and event-day operations. Anticipate challenges, identify potential risks, resolve issues proactively, and escalate concerns when necessary.

Direct vendors, freelancers, crews, and technical partners by establishing clear expectations for scope, quality, schedules, and accountability.
- Own production budgets and financial performance: Develop estimates, budgets, and scopes of work for assigned programs. Evaluate vendor bids, negotiate costs, and recommend solutions that balance quality, creative ambition, and financial constraints.
- Monitor costs and manage reconciliation: Track committed expenses, actual costs, scope changes, and projected financial outcomes throughout the production lifecycle. Identify budget variances early, communicate financial implications, obtain approvals before incurring additional costs, and lead final financial reconciliation.
Requirements:
