This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Paid Media, Senior Manager based in India.

This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven digital marketing leader to take ownership of paid acquisition and accelerate business growth in a dynamic, technology-driven environment. You will lead multi-channel advertising strategies across paid search, paid social, display, and account-based marketing to generate qualified pipeline and drive revenue. Combining strategic leadership with hands-on campaign management, you will optimize budgets, improve conversion rates, and deliver measurable returns on marketing investment. You will build a structured experimentation program to identify high-performing audiences, messaging, creatives, and landing pages. Working closely with Sales, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, and creative teams, you will align campaigns with business priorities and target enterprise, commercial, and SMB audiences. This remote role offers the opportunity to influence growth strategy, leverage emerging AI-powered marketing tools, and make data-backed decisions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities

  • Own the end-to-end paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, display networks, and other relevant digital acquisition channels.

  • Develop audience targeting, keyword strategies, bidding approaches, creative concepts, budget allocation, and landing page optimization plans aligned with pipeline and revenue objectives.

  • Drive continuous improvements across the paid acquisition funnel, from initial ad engagement and search intent to landing page conversion and qualified sales opportunities.

  • Optimize advertising investments based on return on investment (ROI), customer acquisition cost (CAC), pipeline contribution, and lead quality rather than relying solely on clicks, impressions, or lead volume.

  • Establish and manage a structured experimentation roadmap covering audiences, keywords, ad creative, messaging, offers, bidding strategies, and landing page experiences.

  • Analyze campaign results, identify growth opportunities, and translate testing outcomes into actionable recommendations that improve efficiency and scale successful initiatives.

  • Own weekly and monthly performance reporting across advertising platforms, Google Analytics, and Salesforce, providing clear insights into campaign effectiveness, pipeline generation, and revenue impact.

  • Forecast advertising expenditure and pipeline contribution, manage channel budgets, and make informed investment decisions based on performance trends and business priorities.

  • Partner with Sales Development Representatives, Sales, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Web, Design, and Content teams to align paid campaigns with ideal customer profiles, target accounts, product launches, and broader marketing initiatives.

  • Develop and execute campaigns targeting enterprise buyers, particularly in the United States and North American markets, while supporting commercial and SMB growth objectives.

  • Identify emerging advertising channels, technologies, and industry trends that can improve campaign performance and expand acquisition opportunities.

  • Explore and implement AI-powered tools and automation to enhance audience targeting, creative development, campaign optimization, reporting, and overall marketing efficiency.

  • Present performance insights, budget recommendations, and growth strategies to marketing, sales, and finance leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment, including a minimum of 5 years of hands-on paid search management experience across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Advertising.

  • Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel paid media strategies spanning search, paid social, display advertising, and account-based marketing (ABM).

  • Demonstrated success managing campaigns targeting enterprise buyers in the United States or broader North American markets.

  • A strong track record of generating qualified pipeline, sales meetings, and customer acquisition, with a clear understanding of how paid media contributes to revenue growth.

  • Experience managing substantial advertising budgets, forecasting spend and pipeline, and reallocating investment based on ROI, CAC, and channel-level performance.

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Salesforce (SFDC); familiarity with Marketo is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical capabilities and advanced spreadsheet skills, including Excel and Google Sheets, with experience in financial modeling, campaign forecasting, budget planning, and ROI analysis.

  • A solid understanding of digital attribution, conversion tracking, funnel optimization, audience segmentation, and performance measurement.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain campaign performance and investment recommendations to Sales, Finance, and Marketing leadership.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with geographically distributed teams and maintain regular working-hour overlap with colleagues based in the United States.

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; an MBA is considered an advantage.

  • Strong strategic thinking, commercial awareness, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to campaign optimization and problem-solving.

  • A proactive, experimentation-driven mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, prioritize opportunities, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Preferred qualifications:

  • Extensive experience building and scaling search engine marketing (SEM) programs for enterprise audiences.

  • A proven ability to influence enterprise pipeline growth through integrated paid acquisition strategies.

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted marketing tools, campaign automation, and emerging technologies that improve advertising performance and operational efficiency.

Benefits:

  • Professional development: Opportunities to expand expertise in performance marketing, enterprise acquisition, budget optimization, and data-driven growth strategy.
