What You’ll Be Doing
- Building estimates for residential new construction homes (slab, top-out, trim)
- Reviewing blueprints and specs to understand the full scope of work
- Figuring out materials, labor, and total job cost
- Working with builders and our internal team to lock in details before jobs start
- Keeping pricing organized and up to date
- Looking for ways to save money without cutting corners
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in residential plumbing or plumbing estimating (required)
- You can read blueprints and actually understand what you’re looking at
- You’re comfortable using Excel (nothing crazy, but you know your way around)
- Detail-oriented, you know small mistakes turn into big problems
- Able to juggle multiple jobs without dropping the ball
- You don’t need someone standing over your shoulder to get things done
