Service / Warranty Technician

Jenkins Plumbing Company is seeking an experienced and dependable Service / Warranty Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for handling residential plumbing service and warranty calls, troubleshooting plumbing issues, completing repairs, and ensuring our customers receive quality service.
Responsibilities
- Respond to residential service and warranty calls.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including water lines, drains, fixtures, faucets, toilets, water heaters, and other plumbing systems.
- Complete punch-list items and inspection corrections as needed.
- Troubleshoot plumbing problems and determine appropriate repairs.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, supervisors, and other team members.
- Document completed work and repairs accurately.
- Maintain tools, equipment, vehicle, and assigned inventory.
- Follow company safety procedures and applicable plumbing codes.
- Provide excellent customer service while representing Jenkins Plumbing Company professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous residential plumbing experience required.
- Service, warranty, or new-construction plumbing experience strongly preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned service calls.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Must have the necessary tools and knowledge to perform plumbing repairs.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.
