Job Description:

Responsible for leading a team within a specialized area, ensuring delivery of operational objectives and contributing to improvements in team performance. Applies experience and judgment to manage resources, address complex issues, and coordinate effectively with other teams.

Builds and maintains long-term client relationships by serving as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor across integrated marketing, branding, media, communications, and customer experience initiatives. Acts as the primary client contact, leading cross-functional collaboration across all agency capabilities to deliver solutions aligned to client objectives and business outcomes. Oversees account performance, commercial stewardship, operational efficiency, resource coordination, and service delivery while ensuring client satisfaction, profitability, and sustainable revenue growth within complex and evolving business environments.
