You'll work in a collaborative, best-practice-focused environment where social expertise is celebrated and ownership is rewarded.

You Will:

  • Develop comprehensive social audits, competitive analyses, and strategic recommendations that serve as the foundation for integrated social strategies and playbooks
  • Define content pillars, themes, and platform-specific strategy that guides content development and social impact
  • Create and document strategic plans with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring clear implementation roadmaps and rigorous tracking mechanisms
  • Partner closely with internal creative teams and external partners to translate strategy into compelling organic content concepts
  • Provide strategic briefings and recommendations to clients, demonstrating strong presentation and communication skills across stakeholder levels
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with creative teams to ensure strategic alignment and campaign cohesion
  • Manage ongoing social media operations including monthly reporting, performance briefings, and content optimization recommendations
  • Utilize social listening tools and analytics platforms to inform strategy, manage community, and measure impact
  • Support the maintenance and optimization of brand social accounts and content calendars in partnership with team members

You Have:

  • 4-6+ years of demonstrated experience in organic social media strategy and content development with progressively increased responsibilities
  • Proven ability to take complicated data sets, research, and insights and translate them into clear, actionable strategic direction
  • Deep expertise across all major social platforms with a keen understanding of organic content nuances, best practices, and platform-specific content strategy
  • Strong strategic mindset paired with the ability to work creatively: you can speak “creative” regardless of whether or not you’re making it
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, create detailed plans, and follow through with precision and attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience with social media management software platforms (Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Emplifi, or equivalent)
  • Experience with social listening tools and competitive analysis platforms (e.g. Talkwalker, Brandwatch)
  • Demonstrated client-facing capabilities with the ability to communicate strategically and professionally with stakeholder groups
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and to communicate effectively with creative teams and production partners
